Return / Exchange

For sanitary reasons, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on all of our products. We only accept returns if products are damaged in transit and show no sign of use. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product shows signs of opening or use. AUGUST ONLY - TRAVEL GIFT SET is a final sale item. 

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product shows a manufacturers defect or was broken during the shipping process, please email bonjour@evokeparfum.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged items. We’re happy to replace damaged or broken items. You may not sell or resell any of the products you receive from us.

To start a return for a damaged product, please contact us at bonjour@evokeparfum.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Special policy: Try Before You Buy 

If you are a customer interested in a "full-sized" bottle, and this is your first purchase of the scent, then you are invited to participate in our "try before you buy" policy. 
What this means is: we will send a complimentary 2ML sample vial with your purchase of a full-sized bottle. For 10 days, you can "try" the sample before deciding to open your full-sized bottle. If you decide not to open your full-sized bottle, and there is no evidence of use, then you are invited to send the bottle back through a complimentary shipping label (a $10 restocking fee will apply to outright returns, there is no restocking fee for exchanges). This offer only applies to full-sized bottles (30ML or larger).
